For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11

Book Review: The Love and Respect Experience
This book impresses even before it is opened. The nicely masculine soft "leather" cover reveals the great pains taken to make The Love & Respect Experience for couples appeal to the statistically hesitant husband! No pink or purple feminine artwork oozing from the cover to cause him to feign sleep to get out of this devotional.
Another great aspect that makes this one stand out from other devotionals for couples, is that it is designed to be done together once a week, which gives time to put into action the "Prayer" and "Action" suggestions at the end of the lesson.
Well organized and well thought out, my husband and I agree that the Eggerichs approach is very practical and true to the Biblical principles the book draws from.
